At The Angling Shop we accept returns if your inquiry meets the following criteria:
1. The Item is Faulty or Damaged
The item is not in its stated condition seen on their product page and or description. If this is the case, the item must be reported as faulty as soon as possible to our team which you can contact here. Once the item is reported to our team, we may ask for photographic evidence of the problem which you can send via the email address listed at the bottom of the page
2. The Item is Unwanted
In the case an item you have purchased is unwanted, you are eligible for a full refund (of the product price only) or exchange for the item you have previously purchased. An unwanted item is only eligible for a refund or exchange if: the item is in its original condition, there is not any damage to the item, the item has not been used or modified. To raise an inquiry about an unwanted item contact our team here. Any unwanted items are to be returned at your own expense or returned to our physical address seen at the bottom of the page.
All items which meet the criteria will be eligible for return with full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. You have another 14 days to return the goods and will receive a refund within 14 days of the goods being returned.
Please ensure that you have completed the Returns Slip below before you return your order and place it inside the parcel.
